Do you have your own manufacturing facility?
Ramanika does not have a production unit.  We work with artisans across India.

Are all Ramanika products handmade?
We put our best effort to include hand-woven, hand crafted products in our collection. If we use a power loom product we mostly try to embellish it using hand technique like block printing or hand embroidery. However there will be few products which are not hand crafted.

How long will you take to process my order?
We make all efforts to process your order within 12 to 36 hours as soon as we receive it.

How is my order shipped?
All our orders are shipped door to door, using reputed courier service like First flight, DHL, Blue dart etc. from our warehouse in Gurgaon.

Do you ship outside India?
Not currently but we intend to do that soon.

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
In case you would like to order different items and ship at different addresses, we request you to kindly place different orders.

Do you provide free shipping on all orders?
We provide free shipping on all orders above Rs.1000.

How can I cancel my order?
In case there is any need of cancellation, kindly put your cancellation request within 12 hours of placing order. 12 hours is the minimum time we take to process any order.

What Is Your Return Policy?
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods.

Can I have the product gift wrapped?
Yes! We will be happy to do that for you.

Can I include a gift message with the package?
Yes, a gift message can be included with your order.
